It's important to understand that this policy extends to situations where customers may have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we're here to help:

  • Please email us at info@jesussavedmeclub.com and include a clear photo showing the problem within 30 days of receiving your product.

Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for offer replacements or refunds in cases of:

  • Orders that are lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Products that were received as requested, but the customer desires a different size or color. 
  • If an order is returned to Jesus Saved Me Club due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our Support team can offer the option of either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.
